Vanillic Acid, also known as 4-Hydroxy-m-anisic acid or Vanillate, is an oxidized form of vanilla used often as a flavoring agent; it is also a dihydroxybenzoic acid derivative. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or res1-EArch purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
