Easy isolation of genomic DNA from plant using spin column technology

SPINeasy® DNA Kit for Tissue (with Lysing Matrix) is a high-performance genomic DNA (gDNA) extraction kit which combines mechanical, chemical and enzymatic disruption of tissue samples in 30 minutes. The addition of proteinase K allows a more efficient and complete digestion of any tissue type. Homogenizing time is greatly reduced while substantially increasing the gDNA yield and purity. The kit is validated for tissue samples of fatty, tough, and fibrous samples, and suitable for downstream applications such as PCR and qPCR.

SPINeasy® DNA Kit for Tissue (without Lysing Matrix) is a high-performance genomic DNA (gDNA) extraction kit which combines silica column binding and enzymatic disruption of tissue samples in 60 minutes. The addition of proteinase K allows a more efficient and complete digestion of any tissue type. Homogenizing time is greatly reduced while substantially increasing the gDNA yield and purity. The kit is validated for tissue samples of fatty, tough, and fibrous samples, and suitable for downstream applications such as PCR and qPCR.

SPINeasy® DNA Kit for Yeast is a high-performance genomic DNA (gDNA) extraction kit which is developed based on silica-membrane spin-column technology. This kit enables quick isolation of gDNA from yeast cells, typically in less than 30 minutes.

The SPINeasy^® DNA/RNA Kit for Soil allows simultaneous isolation of pure microbiome genomic DNA and RNA from challenging soil types, including those with low biomass or those that are highly contaminated. The isolated nucleic acid products showed no contaminants and were immediately ready for use in downstream applications, including qPCR and RT-qPCR without the need of further inhibitor removal step.
