Gibco™ Resurge™ CD Pak X
Resurge CD Pak are a diverse set of chemically defined supplement formulations to complement a variety of base media. The CD PAK contains one of each Resurge supplement: CD1, CD2, CD3, CD4, and CD5 at 100 grams each.
- The Resurge CD Pak contains the following supplements:

The supplements have been developed using several host cell lines and in various culture systems, including shaker flasks and bench-scale bioreactors. In order to increase versatility of the formulation, glucose and L-glutamine are not included in the final formulations. Therefore, these two components should be added by users and monitored as appropriate.

Gibco™ Yeast Extract X

Gibco™RevitaCell™ Supplement (100X) X
RevitaCell™ Supplement (100X) has been optimized for use with pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), either as a post-thaw recovery solution to improve cell viability or in combination with Essential 8™ Medium to enhance single cell passaging applications. It can also be used for recovery of primary neurons, traditionally a challenging cell to efficiently recover. The significant improvement seen in these applications is due to the presence of a more specific ROCK inhibitor coupled with molecules containing antioxidant and free radical scavenger properties that minimize the impact of stress on the cells.

Single cell passaging
