The DL5000 DNA Marker is a ready-to-use DNA Marker, which is pre-mixed with loading dye for direct gelloading. This product consists of 8 individual DNA fragments: 100 bp, 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1000 bp， 2000 bp, 3000 bp and 5000 bp derived from amixture of PCR products and specifically digested plasmid DNA. The 2000 bp and 750 bp fragment are present at increased intensity for easy identification.

DNA Polymerase I (E coli) is a DNA-dependent DNA polymerase with inherent 3´→ 5´ and 5´→ 3´ exonuclease activities. The 5´→ 3´ exonuclease activity removes nucleotides ahead of the growing DNA chain, allowing nick-translation.
It is applicable to nick translation of DNA for obtaining probes with a high specific activity and for second strand synthesis of cDNA.
